So I’ve talked about style as the great equalizer for men whose looks won’t get them a modeling contract. So a man gets a fly haircut, glasses, a tailored suit, and nice shoes. The clothes and accessories look good but the ladies are still not swooning. The style is great but the man wearing the style is not in the best shape possible. The key to understanding style is that it is an enhancer for the physique.
Contrary to popular belief a handsome face is not the part of a man that attracts women the most. Yes women like a handsome face but it doesn’t always guarantee that women will feel an attraction. Truth be told many women prefer a man with a decent looking face because women prefer to have the best looking face in a couple. What turns on a woman the most is a man’s physique.
There have been studies that have shown that women have a strong attraction for a man’s upper body. Women go crazy over a man’s shoulders, chest, and arms. A flat stomach is guaranteed to make a woman stop and look. Many women love seeing a man’s legs. The overall physique turns on women. What style does is magnify the effect the physique has on women. For this to happen men must focus on building their physique.
A man doesn’t have to be a professional bodybuilder but there are body parts he needs to work on. A core workout for any man should be the bench press and other exercises to build and sculpt the chest. Women like laying their heads on a strong chest. That’s just the beginning. It’s important that a man builds strong arms as they silently make a woman feel protected. Broad shoulders suggest that a man can “shoulder” responsibility. The abs are important because they not only look nice but they are the core of man’s body.
Now lifting weights is one thing but a man must also do at least nineties minutes of cardio every week. That’s a minimum. Not only does cardio help a man shed excess weight but it helps a man in the bedroom. The biggest complaint that many women have about men is that they don’t last long during sex. A man needs stamina to last longer than a few minutes. Also a man in good cardiovascular shape will have a better blood flow which in turns helps him to maintain a longer, time and length, erection. Many women prefer fit men for this reason.
Once the body is right that’s when a man can really develop his style. He can have his clothes tailored to his physique. Even casual clothes will look better on him. This is important because even clothes made in the same size will have different cuts depending on the designer. A man wants to have the best size cuts for his body.
A combination of a good physique and a great personal style will make any man more popular with the ladies. Also a great style can propel a man to great heights in life itself.

Hello everyone!

I want to take up a little bit of your time this morning, to reiterate how important it is for you guys to develop a workout plan that fits into your hectic schedule.

I know it is tough getting started gentleman but remember it will get easier for you the more you stick to the routine. Another important thing to remember is you do not have to spend countless hours in the gym to get results.

Schedule one hour three times a week for yourself and remember you do not have to limit yourself to the gym and weight training.

I live on the east coast the winters can be brutal. It can be tough to do a lot outside during the winter months. I use this time to focus more on weight training and strengthening my core. I still work on my cardio. I tend to lose my motivation to go hard during this time.

For the guys who live in places were the weather is warm throughout the year. You have no excuses. Get up and take advantage of your situation.

Invest in a good pair of running shoes and find a safe place to start to walk and if you are clear medically pick up your pace gradually to a light jog and before you know it you will be running. If running is not your thing get yourself a bike and be sure to also invest in a helmet.

Your initial goal should simply be to get more active and to invest more of your time into developing yourself physically and mentally.

Women prefer men who are visibly fit.

I know want you are thinking to yourself right now. You are probably saying that is not true.

Women are not shallow like us men. They look at other things like your personality, and if you can make them laugh.

I’m not saying that women do not take those things into consideration as well. We have got to be honest with each other. If a woman is not turned on by you physically. It is going to be a real challenge for you to get her to see you as a potential lover and not just a friend.

The best way to increase your sexual desirability is to be more active in your life. Not only will you begin to look and feel better. You will notice and increase in your self esteem and confidence.

There also health benefits as well. I mean working out should not be all about attracting the opposite sex.

High blood pressure is one of the biggest killers in the Western world. As your blood pressure rises. The risk for heart disease and you having a stroke rises as well. Studies have found that exercise reduces the risk of high blood pressure (i.e., hypertension).
